Dr. Mousab Tabbaa

Dr. Mousab Tabbaa is a distinguished gastroenterologist, hepatologist, healthcare executive, researcher, and medical educator with more than 35 years of clinical and institutional leadership. He is President and CEO of North Shore Gastroenterology & Endoscopy Centers, a leading 22-provider specialty practice serving Northeast Ohio, and holds clinical faculty appointments at Ohio University and Case Western Reserve University.

His distinguished service includes leadership roles with Lakewood Hospital, the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, the Northeast Ohio Liver Alliance, and prominent medical research institutions. A recognized authority in liver disease and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease, Dr. Tabbaa has advanced clinical research, physician education, patient care, and community health. His professional honors include the American Liver Foundation Fellowship Award, the American College of Gastroenterology Clinical Achievement Award, and the Syrian American Medical Society’s Physician of the Year Award.
